
Katerina Nikolovska
Katerina Nikolovska is an award-winning
illustrator and designer. She has
illustrated many picture books, comics,
collections of stories, poems, covers
for children’s and young adult novels,
posters, etc. She has participated in
many projects and several collective
exhibitions. For her books she has won
many awards, including the White Ravens
2020 selection for the illustration of the
book “Macedonian fairy tales for the
whole year”.

Vane Kosturanov
Vane Kosturanov is a self-taught painter and illustrator. Besides his paintings, Vane is an awarded children’s books illustrator and author of three picture books: Star child (2018), Girl and bear (2019) and The girl and the city (2020). His book Girl and bear was selected as one of the best 200 children’s books in the world for 2019, and is listed in the White Ravens catalog, issued by the Internationale Jugendbibliothek in München. His books have been translated into: Croatian, Serbian, Korean, and soon to be published into Slovenian, German, Turkish and Portuguese. His works are included in private and public collections in Europe, the US and the UK.

Irina Atanaskova
Irina Atanaskova loves to draw on skin,
walls, paper, and a tablet. She is the
mother of two children and one dog.
She enjoys creating unique drawings
about everyday life. Her wish is to reach
adults through children›s illustrations and
remind them of the carefree nature of
childhood play as a memory of freedom.

Vladimir Lukaš
Vladimir Lukash (1978) is a writer,
visual artist, and musician.
He has published around ten books
for children and adults, as well as
for grown-up children. Above all, for
them. He enjoys reading, writing,
and drawing books for children,
and dreams of never stopping
this adventure. Published books
for children: “Shi, Dzifri, Kopchi”
(poems), “Creatures’ Fair” (short
stories), “Olly Olly, Milo Free”
(poems), and the picture books
“Take a Bow and Begin” and “Bugsy
and the Little Owl”. Lukash hates
writing short biographies about
himself in the third person and
having to repeat again and again —
even in the first person — that he
lives and works in Skopje.

Hari Dudeski
Hari Dudeski (1974) has been involved in art since he was a child:
he draws, paints and creates classic and digital graphics. After
completing his master›s degree at the Faculty of Fine Arts, as a
fine artist, he has realized numerous solo and international group
exhibitions. In the following period, he worked in advertising agencies
and publishing houses where he created illustrations and designs for
posters, packaging for various products, numerous books, guidebooks,
magazines, journals and manuals for childr en and adults. In the
meantime, he also works on designed objects made of wood and
ceramics. He is the winner of several domestic and international awards
and recognitions.
Since 2019, he has been working as an independent designer and
illustrator in his home in Skopje, which is also his work stud io (or his
studio that is also his home). His constant inspirat ions are his daughter
Ilina, his wife Sonja and cat Lena.

Ivanka Niba
Ivanka Niba graduated at the Faculty of Fine Arts at “Ss. Cyril and
Methodius” University, in the class of Prof. Tanas Lulovski and Blagoja
Manevski, Department of Painting with Graphic Design, Conservation,
and Restoration. She has worked for about 20 years as a graphic designer,
head of a graphic design department, and part of market ing teams
in various settings and companies. Since 2018, she has been actively
engaged in children’s illustration. As an illustrator, she has contributed to
more than 25 picture books for both domestic and international markets,
in print and digital editions. She is also the manager of the publishing
house “Svetulka”, which focuses on children’s literature.

Nita Mucha
Nita Mucha is an artist, illustrator, and art historian. She loves animals, quiet places, and drawing. She enjoys drawing funny and scary things, usually with dark colors, but sometimes she mixes them with very bright colors: pink, yellow, blue, green…
